The way you restore health in Diablo III is very different than the potion chugging in its predecessors. Still, the new system will be very familiar to anyone who has played Kingdom Hearts or a Megaman game.

They made an official thing on their website about it, going into detail about how it will work. As long as it works better than it did in Too Human I'll be happy.

If it works like in Marvel Ultimate Alliance, it should be pretty cool. I'm certainly not averse an alternative to reaching for that potion button all the time.

Will see how it works on boss battles. I would usually go through an entire belt of potions, and often more than one, during most boss battles. If these only drop when mobs die, that could be a problem.

Well if implemented properly I think it would be great. Less of a strain on the hands and fingers.

The description said that some bosses will toss out health orbs while you're damaging them, while others will have small adds that can be killed for health. Either way, I wouln't particularly worry about Blizzard doing it wrong.

Glowing orbs eh? Sounds like we are clawing and grasping for info on this game. I just wish we knew more when to expect the the game to release. Not that I don't appreciate that, it shows how much we all want the game! lol.
