Would you like to fly in a beautiful balloon? Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan allows just such an experience before descending into deadly caverns to be ripped apart by ferocious beasts. Hurrah!

Casual mode means this might be the first EO I actually play!

I was thinking of you when I read about it! (I will probably play in Casual Mode too. I just like drawing pretty maps!)

I finally beat EO3 just a few days ago, actually. I really enjoyed it, so I'm looking forward to this one. No way I'm going to use Casual Mode, though. EO3 had a fun and fair level of difficulty, which is a rare treat that is hard to find these days in RPGs.

You can already pre-order the game off Amazon, the tentative date seems to be Feb 26, 2013. By then I might just be done Pokemon! :D Thinking of this game makes me want to hop back into the other ones. Shame you can only have one file though.

    Let cheer on that :)
Always enjoy all the experience in life, you might gain a level or two.

Nice. I just picked the 3rd entry again a couple of days ago to scratch the itch. I'm definitely looking forward to this.

I find the soundtracks of these games to be absolute aural porn.

    Hell yes.

And call me a wimp, but I look forward to Casual mode. I just don't have the time to grind like I did for EO3. (I never beat EO1 or 2 either :( )

I'm 100% OK being called a wuss for playing on casual as there will be no game over screens.

You're not alone, I almost always play games on the easiest difficulty setting.
