    I can't buy this game because of "licensing issues" so it's good to know that I'm apparently not missing much. Thanks, Zach.

    One major weakness to be added for "Black Rock Shooter" is that the game is not available in some countries, especially major North American markets like Mexico and Canada unless you create an American PSN account and use it.

    In the future, if Nippon Ichi Software America or NIS America publishes games based on popular anime or manga series like Black Rock Shooter, it should be available to all major markets, particularly Canada and Mexico.
