RPG Backtrack - Episode 151: Darkness in the Soul

JuMeSynJuMeSyn Code: KirinAdministrators
In the shift from Demon's to Dark Souls, many subtle things changed. The location, mechanics, platform, and feel all experienced some alteration, but the fundamental essence of moving through a cruel world eager to kill the foolhardy trekking through it remained intact.
Spare a soul, sir?
It's not what he's eating, but what's eating him that makes it ... sort of interesting.

I almost kind of want to get that. I have ps3 version, but blight town is my favorite part of the game, which it's one of the more sluggish parts.

Im also on the literal backtrack, listening to the old episodes(new ones always come first though). About to start episode 98 while I grind a bit in dragon quest before final boss. Love it.

I'm gonna have to listen to just hear if Jumes actually played Dark Souls on PC or not.

I love your shows about games that I will never play. I get your vicarious RPG experience without having to suffer one gruesome video game death after another. I'm looking forward to all the horrifying details of your masochistic suffering when Bloodborne is eventually featured on the Backtrack.

I also surrendered to collector's craving long enough to purchase a Luigi amiibo. I've promised myself that I will not buy another amiibo unless I actually use this one in a game.
