Question of the Week:
When are you done with an MMO?

As I understand it, a Japanese "light novel" isn't necessarily a novella (although it can be). "Light novel" means that it's written with kanji that are more commonly used, so that most Japanese consumers will find it easier to read, and won't have to look up kanji in a dictionary to fully understand it.

QoTW: For the first MMOs I played, I was done when I finally got sick of grinding the same monsters or running the same dungeons over and over endlessly.

I suspect I will be done with World of Warcraft when the servers are taken offline, and not before. I did take a few months break once, but it was only a matter of time before I'd come back to collecting mounts and pets, playing through class hall stories, and chasing achievements.

The other MMOs I tried were quickly abandoned because I wanted to play WoW instead, so I'm pretty much done with spending money on MMOs I know I won't get into anyway.
