Hope they bring it to the west. It has an air of Front Mission (The real Front Missions, not the one that shall never be mentioned).

Boy I hope so. Afte XCOM, Valkyria Chronicles and Battletech got a great revival why not the Mecha SRPG-Genre as well? I am all for it!

Well if not this one can be imported as it's going to have English version for the asia region just as the more recent SRW games have had

Yup I plan on importing it from Play-Asia.

Will the English subbed game have everything in English, including all the menus & items?
I've never imported one of these before but I'm considering it.
    Thanks in advance.

Yes, the Asian English versions have everything translated. Not always the best quality, but it's all there.

Obviously I can't speak to this one's quality, but I played SRW V last year and the localization was totally passable, even good in places. With that game, I couldn't tell if the sections of stilted dialog was the translation or the original Japanese, but everything was perfectly understandable. Don't expect a top notch localization, but the Asian English releases seem to have improved from the seemingly straight machine translated days a few years ago.

You still need a modded console to play it, right? Or is PS4 region free?
The Tea and Biscuits Brigade offers you tea and biscuits.

PS4, Vita, Xbox One, and Switch are all region free.
