:O pc is full of weird hardcore stuff? Wah?!? Dude, can't say that on a gaming podcast. keep your other hobbies to yourself!

your freedom wars pitch was kinda weak. :| you sound like sony.

companion app idea: match 3 gems, get points and such that translate to small experience or in game money when connected back to your game. throw in micro transactions for power ups, maybe make it just a random battle thing against monsters or something, boom. companion app.

tales of legendia has one good moment, the acidental grope that occurs only in text and voice. it was a pretty awful game.

I think you misheard, I was saying PC roguelikes are full of lots of weird hardcore stuff!

yeah Freedom Wars is difficult to describe. Just play it!

One recommendation for a roguelike: Crypt of the Necrodancer! Not terribly long compared to some (four zones, three levels and a boss battle each), but challenging enough, and with the option to buy health and equipment expansions for basic runs.

Oh, and it's also a beat-rhythm game, which helps mix things up a lot.
