The new sig. rule

Just wondering if someone could give me an example of what "no more than 75 characters a line" actually means.
I say it just be kept to no longer then 5 lines, because the length of the lines doesn't take any more time to scroll past.
example:
"I
am
a
big
fluffy
kitten
that
likes
to
play
with
balls
of
string."

That is quite annoying to scroll past. But:

"I am a big fluffy kitten that likes to play with balls of string."

Isn't, now is it?
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong here.

I don't really care if you don't limit yourself to 75 characters on a line, as long as your total sig doesn't exceed 5 lines. 75 characters was just a rough estimation of what you should aim for in order to keep under 5 lines (because a line for one person may be longer or shorter than a line for another person).

Your sig is fine as it is, though.
